SPT is committed to providing you, the athlete, with a customized individual approach based on your sports specific needs. We will provide you with a functional, performance based training program that will help you achieve your peak performance.

Our program consists of a multi-faceted approach with an emphasis on all around physical development based on the athletes goals & objectives. Most athletes will undergo initial training that is designed to introduce and educate the clients/athlete to the training methods that we employ. During this initial period there is also a great emphasis on improving the general physical conditioning in order to prepare the athlete for more intense training to come. Once we have completed this initial phase we move into a specialized phase where the appropriate qualities are developed to the optimal degree based on individual and sport requirements. We will then continue to monitor and supervise the mastery of training technique and development of efficiency of movement.
